Diane Cashin

President and CEO

Diane Cashin is President and CEO of True North Enterprise, which provides both strategic planning services and executive coaching to organization leaders.  In her role as trusted adviser, Diane helps organizations develop and hone their Vision and Mission ensuring line-of-sight alignment with operations and tactical execution to achieve their goals.

Diane provides executive leadership coaching to accelerate their performance to the next level in support of executing their vision, developing better communication skills, and creating followership at all levels of the organization.  Diane works with executives to identify future leaders within their organizations and cultivates their leadership skills.  A unique aspect of Diane’s coaching practice is designed in support of women executives to achieve an integrated work life while excelling as a business leader. 

Before founding True North Enterprise Diane was Vice-President of Federal Healthcare at By Light Professional IT Services, a service-disabled, veteran-owned, T4 prime contract holder, leading the post-win business development integrated team strategy.  Diane held several strategic leadership roles at Cisco from 2005-2011 where she led the global strategies between Cisco and several global System Integrators as well as the solution strategy for the Federal Healthcare vertical.  Prior to joining Cisco Diane was the Director of International Inside Sales for FiberLink, a managed services company, and the Director for Solutions Marketing with Siemens Medical, where she led the marketing and inside sales teams strategy responsible for demand creation in the United States for healthcare information technology solutions.  Diane is/has been a member of several industry organizations including:  

  • International Coaching Federation (ICF),  
  • Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA),
  • American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC),
  • Net-Centric Operations Industry Consortium (NCOIC),
